Each vacation rental clean-out is different depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of sleeps and type of beds (bunk beds are hard accessible), and both — the size and surface area of the space, as it's not solely based on square footage. Some smaller areas may require more work due to larger vertical surfaces. So, we cannot give an accurate price without visiting your rental property.

Rates:

 

Our rates are very competitive and based on a few factors:

  • Customized requests

  • Size of the work area

  • Current state of clutter and cleanliness in the area

 

Basic ONE-TIME CLEANING.

​

Our rate starts at $250 per job up to 4 hours (supplies included) for a 1 time standard/basic cleaning. Add $35 for every extra hour; rounded up to 1 hour minimum.

Please note we consider move in/move out as a semi-deep cleaning due to wide scope of the tasks which are time consuming (e.g. scrubbing bathtubs/showers, wiping down all kitchen/bathroom cabinets and drawers outside and inside, baseboards, dusting blinds etc.)

There is an extra fee for refrigerator and oven, window cleaning. Our deep cleaning rates start at $360.
